Leyton is a sweetheart. He seems to really appreciate his family. He tells me that there are 5 people in his family and that we'd never leave each other. "If I left then there would just be four. That would be sad." Then he goes on to tell me that if Harrison left with him there would be three. Mommy leaves...2--and so on. Then when he gets to zero...he says that we would all be together again. (apparently we are all leaving for the same place!) He also tells me that we have to take care of each other because we are a family. I think he gets this from Russell and I saying something like that when he is bullying his brother. Still---so sweet!
When we were leaving his school the other day, we walked by a big gutter. He told Harrison to be careful to not fall in the gutter and get stuck. He said that if he did, we'd have to go back into the school to get another brother. Guess as much as he loves his family, he still thinks it's pretty easy to replace a brother. So much for not leaving each other, huh? Poor Harrison stuck in a gutter while we go get a replacement! (Never, Harrisonny sonny son!)
