My Family--update

Here's whats up with the Roberts' Fam..

Erin-Elizabeth...
She is a great baby. She likes to eat more often than the boys did. About every 2 hours during the day...no longer than 3. She goes for about a 5 hour stretch at night...sometimes 6, sometimes 4. I find myself much less worried about her being on a schedule. I know that it will happen soon enough. She loves to be on her tummy. She loves to be held. She loves to snuggle. She loves her paci. She loves to sleep on our chest. She doesn't like to be swaddled with her hands in the blanket. She doesn't like when her bows fall down on her forehead. She has smiled a few times for me....and NO! I do not believe it was due to gas. I really think she smiled. It takes a lot of ridiculous high-pitched talking on my part to see a smile, but it is soooo worth it! She makes little chipmunk sounds that I love. squeak!!! She has long fingers and feet. Chubby cheeks and a couple rolls in her thighs. She unfortunately has a snotty nose right now. She's not a big fan of the saline and bulb. But really, who would be? Her newest nickname is pretty-ness.

Harrison...
He is so stinkin' adorable these days. Such a fun age. (16 months) He walks with his belly poking WAAAYYY out. Love it. He has become great friends with his big brother. ("brudder") He blows kisses and waves bye bye when a television program is over. He claps for himself all the time. He is practicing running and it is sooo funny. It's a really brisk walk...belly poking out. He runs and runs around the house...clapping for himself. He loves reading. (of course, us reading to him) His favorite book is Goodnight Moon. He likes to say "hushhhhhh" just like the quiet old lady. He's starting to climb on the furniture, in drawers, and on stools. He likes to play in the toilet and just does not understand why I won't let him. (mommy is mean!) He eats a lot when he likes it but is picky. One day he loves him a hot dog, the next day he won't have anything to do with it. He LOVES his milk. He eats 3 pancakes at once. He talks on his cell phone lots. "Hellwo" He pretty much wants to do everything his brudder is doing. He loves to jump on the bed with Leyton. He loves his bath. There really is so many fun things about this kid right now. I could go on and on. But I won't.

Leyton...
Really is an amazing big brother to Erin-Elizabeth. He'll pester the poop out of Harrison but is so kind and gentle to EE. He brings her toys when she is crying. He is always concerned about her. So sweet. He loves Mickey Mouse. He loves to play pretend. He loves to draw, play music, and read books with daddy. He usually has to be told to do something at least twice. He is Mr. Independent. He's scared of the house alarm and that television program with talking hands. He won't even watch Little Bill since the talking hand show comes on afterwards. He's a picky eater. He's a negotiator. He's a charmer. He loves a little girl name Lucy. He tells us that he goes to work to make money for her. She is his Valentine. (I'm happy to say he has excellent taste...she is adorable!) Even though he has been completely potty trained since November, he still thinks he deserves a surprise every time he poops in the toilet. He always asks me what time it is...and then goes to attempt to read the clock himself. (no, not the one with hands!) He asks "why not?" all the time instead of "why?" He's a huge helper. Really, he is. He climbs on the kitchen counters to get in the cabinets. He throws a huge fake fit when I tell him to get down. He wants Lucky Charms every morning. ("marshmallow cereal") He is always full of surprises!

Russell...
Working hard. Loves coming home to see the boys waiting on the front step for him. Feeds EE a bottle at 9 or 10 every night.

Marsha...
Loving it all....except the freezing weather and staying in the house all the time. Has mastitis. Not loving that either.
